You’re looking for coaching, direction, and advice on your current lifestyle to improve your health today. While this session doesn’t offer us enough time to develop a customized in-depth nutrition plan, it’s the first step toward that. We’ll cover your questions about health, wellness, and nutrition while sharing my personal nutrition philosophy on lifestyle and how to live whole, eat well, and feel more amazing! Includes summary email, goal sheets, and any materials that will help you take your next step to wellness.
