You’re exploring living whole and eating well in a real, practical, intuitive way for the first time, Plant a Seed is the perfect start.  This month-long program is also a great refresher if you are a past client who needs a little “water” on your seeds to reboot your positive habits.

Total package plan INCLUDES:

  • Four total sessions, one per week
    • (1) one-hour session
    • (3) virtual 30-minute sessions
  • Full nutrition and dietary assessment
  • 7-day customized meal plan plus recipes and grocery shopping list
  • Individual goals and recommendations, and
  • Additional resources beneficial for your progress.
  • Unlimited online support between sessions within standard operating business hours.
