The Grow & Nourish 12-week program is the right plan once you’re ready to commit to making a positive change in your lifestyle. The three-month timeline is an optimal period of time to make long-lasting habits and changes that embody your wellness vision. The Grow & Nourish program gives you enough time to work with me in developing your personal nutritional lifestyle that will give you a lifetime of positive results.

Total package plan INCLUDES:

  • (12) total sessions, one per week
    • (1) one-hour session
    • (7) virtual 30-minute sessions
    • (4) virtual 15-minute follow-up sessions to ease you into your own management of your nutritional lifestyle
  • Full nutrition and dietary assessment
  • Weekly customized meal plans, plus recipes and grocery shopping guides
  • Individual goals and recommendations, and
  • Additional resources beneficial for your progress.
  • Unlimited online support between sessions within standard operating business hours.
