I know what it's like to live on a tight budget. I’ve been a SAHM to two littles while paying to go back to school. BUT I also know what it's like to feel bad. But seriously...what we put in our bodies matters!
The health crisis in our country is rampant. You can see it in your relatives, your children, your friends, yourself. The common denominator that we can change is what we put in our bodies. Even for people at a healthy weight, a poor diet is associated with major health risks that can cause illness and even death.
Anxiety, mood, skin issues, stubborn weight- these are all linked to our nutrition. Simply eating a balanced diet and drinking more water can limit and reduce anxiety stress and depression. How? When we pair our foods correctly we better maintain our blood sugar level, which creates a calmer feeling. When we feel better mentally, scientifically our bodies can do their jobs better. This means that you will gain the things you desire, like more energy or weight loss. By making smart food choices, you can help protect yourself from these health problems.
I could continue with examples of nutrition in research for hours. BUT what I can promise you is that when you hone in on what nutrition works well for you: you WILL feel amazing! I can help you do this, I’ve had tremendous success with my other clients who felt the way you do about nutrition.
